Glow is a Canadian beauty and health magazine founded by Shoppers Drug Mart in 2002 and was published by Rogers Communications from its inception till 2011.  However, in 2012, St. Joseph Communications re-launched the magazine as a publisher as “Canada’s Beauty Expert”.

This magazine is published eight times a year along with a French version called Pure. The magazine mainly focuses on beauty, fashion and health along with celebrity profiles.

  • Flare

Flare is a Canadian online fashion magazine, also published by Rogers Communications, was created in 1979, as a rebranding of Miss Chatelaine magazine.

Flare endorses itself as “Canada’s Fashion magazine”. Though their cover stories often feature American or international stars, they otherwise focus on Canadian content and its role in international art, fashion, and media. They also include runway and street fashion from Canada and abroad, music and entertainment, health and beauty and also feature stories of inspirational young Canadian women. Flare celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2009.

This Toronto based magazine discontinued its print edition at the end of 2016 & by beginning in January 2017 the magazine has been publishing online only.

  • Elle

Elle, French originate, is the best-selling fashion magazine of the world. This worldwide lifestyle magazine focuses on fashion, beauty, health, and entertainment. With 43 international editions, Elle is operating in over 60 countries & has over 69 million readers. Elle Canada Toronto Office is also the head office of the magazine.

In 2007, the website of Elle was launched. With 33 Elle websites globally they collectively attract over 25 million visitors and 370 million page views per month.

Published by St. Joseph Media, this Canadian Fashion magazine was established in 1977. Currently based in Toronto with satellite offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal, it publishes 10 issues a year. The magazine covers international, national and local fashion along with beauty trends and news to reach wealthy, style-conscious urban women. They launched their first website in 2000. In 2013, they launched an online shopping extension called “FASHION Shopping” presenting 1,500 clothing and accessory items selected by the editors which can be purchased online.

This magazine had a total readership of 1.85 million as of 2010.

  • Hearty

Hearty is a Canadian online magazine was established in 2008 by functioning editor-in-chief, Hana May. The magazine is run entirely by women staffs & is operating in New York, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and Montreal.

This magazine mainly focuses on emerging culture, fashion, music, and art. Their content is summarised in the daily news, features, personal blog posts, photos and videos.
