This is just like the regular v-sit, but with a swiss ball. You need to lie on the ground with your ankles rested on the swiss ball’s top. Then make a V shape by rolling your torso up. Stay in this position for at least 4 to 5 seconds, then return to the start position. Do this for 10 times.

  1. Knee tucks

First, achieve a pushup position, but with your legs placed on the swiss ball. Keep your arms straight. Now start bending your knees toward the floor. Then return to the same pushup position. Start again after two counts.

England Kits: A Visual History

Last week saw the official unveiling of the newest England home and away kits for the upcoming 2016 European Championships, and it’s fair to say they received a mixed reaction at best. That’s probably being slightly kind, with England football legend Gary Lineker calling it the worst England kit he’s ever seen on Twitter.

So while Nike’s latest efforts haven’t filled the country with national pride, Shade Station have tried to inspire people in their own way, with this infographic looking at the history of England’s kits, from 1960 to 2016:

Starting with the early 1960 kit from Bukta, the infographic charts the visual journey of England’s strips, from the much-loved Umbro kits of the 1966 World Cup winning team, through the Admiral efforts, right up to Nike’s rather lamented recent additions.

Whether or not the latest kit will inspire the team to a long-awaited international tournament win is yet to be seen, but we certainly enjoyed looking back at some of the classic strips of the past!
